- Invoices are generated after detailed consultation with the client.
- Payments must be made in full before work begins, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Refund and Return Policy

- As we deal exclusively in digital services and software, there is no return policy applicable.
- No refunds will be provided for custom services once payment is processed, due to the nature of our work.
- For fixed-price digital products, refunds or exchanges may be considered only under the following limited circumstances:

----- Product was found to be faulty or defective and cannot be resolved
- Refunds for digital products, where applicable, will be strictly at our discretion and may be partially or entirely non-refundable depending on the product.

- Any delays caused due to lack of communication or incomplete information from the client’s side will not be considered our responsibility.

6. Intellectual Property

- All software, code, scripts, or tools developed by us remain the intellectual property of NUTSU Technologies, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
- The client may receive a license to use the deliverables, but redistribution or resale without permission is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services or software, including but not limited to data loss, downtime, or financial loss. However, we are liable for any damages causing from our end.

8. Security

We follow industry best practices for securing client data and software systems. However, no digital platform is 100% immune to threats, and we shall not be held liable for unforeseen breaches. But we can assure that we have a strong, full-functional team to prevent any kind of digital threats.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to change these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of those changes.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. We operate under the laws of Digital Security Act (2018) , ICT Act (2006) and Bangladesh Telecommunications Act (2001). Any disputes arising out of these Terms will be resolved in the appropriate legal jurisdiction.
